Web Application Discovery Phase – $1000 per Application

Looking to develop something a bit more complex? A Discovery phase will help you assess the scope and feasibility of the project. This includes up to 4 meetings (if needed) and unlimited email communication during a period of 30 days. For people considering a more complex development project, a period of 60 days is highly recommended. The main deliverable is a roadmap document detailing the project scope and plan for moving forward. 

WordPress Theme Migration Service – $1000

Is your website “theme-centric” and in desperate need of a facelift? This service includes installation of any WordPress theme. Included in the price is a theme purchase budget of up to $100.  Theme will be installed and any styling conflicts will be solved in the site.

WordPress Security/Plugin Audit – $500 

We will detail any vulnerabilities with plugins on your site and make recommendations moving forward. All plugins will be updated and tested on a staging server before pushing to the production environment. (Up to 50 plugins) We’ll provide a document to you listing plugin and security changes that need to be made on the WordPress installation.

Email Migration Service – $100 per account

We do not manage email. We will however gladly migrate your email system to an email provider such as G-Suite or Office365. Email storage on the website server almost never makes sense and is not recommended for security concerns. This service includes DNS changes data migration for the email accounts.

Simple Monthly WordPress Maintenance – $200/mo

This includes maintenance for WordPress installations. If the WordPress installation uses more than 10 plugins, a custom maintenance quote is required. This is for static websites only. For example, a lead generation website with a few forms on it. 

DNS Server Fixes – $150

Unfortunately it’s all to common to need fixes to the DNS values in your hosting area. This is usually related to email sending issues. While we do fix DNS values, we do not diagnose email issues as a service. This is usually a one time service.

1 Hour Web Application Coaching Call with Joe – $150

For one hour on Google Meet, we’ll discuss your business goals and direct your path to the best  solutions moving forward. This is a solid option for someone who wants to get started with a web project but doesn’t know where to begin.
